Anita Drake

Anita Drake began her career as a salesperson for Better Homes & Garden in '84. She received her broker license in 1986 and worked as an assistant manager from 1988 to 1992 for Key Associate Realty in Fishkill, NY. During this time, Anita earned her Graduate, REALTOR@ Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified R.E. Brokerage Manager (CRB) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)

Anita Drake began her career as a salesperson for Better Homes & Garden in '84. Brokerage Manager (CRB) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations.

In 1994, Anita opened her own brokerage, Drake Realty in Wappingers Falls, NY with just two agents and a part-time assistant. Within a short time, the agency grew and was consistently one of the top 10 companies in the area serving the Hudson Valley Region, a beautiful and historical area of New York along the Hudson River. As the company grew, Anita joined the Exit Franchise to give her agents more training and technology. Anita's husband Larry became an Associate Broker running the branch office. Together, they guided the company until 2013 when they sold the business and remained with the company. Anita continued to specialize in representing her clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residents, investments and income properties.

Anita served as a past director of the local BOR on the education committee and received the REALTOR® of the Year award for her service in 2002. Believing in continually honing her skills to better serve the customers' needs, Anita also earned her Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR), Ecobroker and Certified Probate R.E. Specialist (CPRES) designations throughout her career. 

Anita is currently licensed in New York and Florida. Anita and her husband purchased a home on Marco Island in 2014 where they enjoy hosting family and friends. They also love traveling and visiting their two sons and grandchildren.
